Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice for training sessions, workshops, and school visits.
Conference bookings, full‑day training, or multi‑session packages may have separate cancellation terms, outlined at the time of booking.
Cancellations due to sickness from the facilitator may happen from time to time. Information will be shared of any cancellations at the earliest of convenience and rescheduled appointments will be made between the facilitator and the host.
